The Interactive Kanban board provides a swimlane view of your business processes or record statuses. Each lane visually depicts work at various stages of a process using cards. Each stage is uniquely colored so that you can users can quickly identify each stage.

Drag and Drop

Now no more long procedures of opening the record and then acting on it, you can simply drag and drop the records to change the status or process stage of the record. It auto Calculates the record count in each stage and aggregate values dynamically on the fly.

Flexible And Customizable

Highly flexible PCF based solution that works with both CRM business process and Status Reason, out of box system entities and custom entities. It allows you to configure the data you want to view on the Kanban card. Works for both standard web and new unified interface.

Aggregation

As cards move from one stage/lane to another, the values from the cards are aggregated in Realtime into Counts, totals, and averages for each lane with the flexibility to normalize multi-currencies to reflect value in home currency.

Workflow Status Aware

It works in context of the native Dynamics 365 CRM environment & responds to all native ribbon actions as well as the quick search available for traditional views.

Search, Sort & Filter Lane

Records in the lanes can be sorted. It supports filtering of the data in the view by various criteria and searching as well through native quick search available for views in Dynamics 365 CRM.
